Swifts' U16 Ladies crowned Summer Cup winners

HUGE congratulations to the U16 Sion Swifts Ladies on winning the Derry and District Summer Cup.

In what was an incredible match between the top two teams, the Swifts league-leading girls showed true class against Phoenix Flames to secure a fantastic 4-2 victory.

A club spokesperson said: "Outstanding performances from all our girls.

"Our goalscorers were Emily Robb (two), Lily Maxwell and Sienna Smith.

"So proud of this team and their amazing achievement.

"The future is bright for these talented young lades."
