CASTLEDERG High School's rugby team ended the season with a 40-24 win over Clounagh Junior High School (JHS) in the Ulster High Schools Trophy final at Omagh RFC.
Try scorers were: Alfie Boyle (x2), Olly Johnston (x2), Jake Humphrey and Charlie Baxter.
Jake Humphrey five conversions and the side were captained by Johnnie Sproule.
A school spokesperson said: "What a season it’s been for these boys. Unbeaten throughout, with a performance today of skill, guts and determination.
"Their ‘never say die’ attitude saw them come through a battle against an equally determined Clounagh JHS and the sweltering conditions at Omagh RFC.
"Huge credit has to go to the entire squad, under the superb coaching of Mr Burns supported by Mr Irvine and Mr Breen, who on their way to the final have beaten many of the premier rugby playing high schools in Ulster.
"Thank you to our opponents, Clounagh JHS, who played their part in a fantastic final, watched by a large crowd of supporters from both schools."
