Emergency services at scene of A5 crash

EMERGENCY services are currently at the scene of a serious road traffic collision on the A5 between Omagh and Newtownstewart, near the American Folk Park.

Diversions are in place for Omagh bound traffic from Strabane through Gortin village.  Strabane bound traffic from Omagh is being diverted through Castlederg.
 
The Castletown Road remains closed and drivers should avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
