A selection of old photographs from our archives down through the years:

1 - Strabane Grammar School and Castlederg soccer ace, Richard Clarke, pictured with Stena Sealink captain, John Ferguson, in 1994 before leaving with the Northern Ireland under-15 squad to go to Sunderland to meet England in a Schools’ home international match. The match was televised live by Sky TV.

2 - The Raphoe 1st XI celebrate their promotion to Senior League One after their 3-0 victory over Portrush in 1994.

3 - Ardstraw brothers, Clive and Ryan McFarland, members of Eden Pipe Band, who notched up piping success in the Ulster solo piping championships in 1994. Clive, 14, was crowned Ulster champion in the advanced chanter competition, while Ryan, 12, was runner-up in the novice chanter section.

4 - The Woodlanders, Ivan Laughlin, Noel Alexander and Billy Hazlett, who played at the Leckpatrick parish concert in 1970.

5 - Victoria Bridge, leaders of Division II of the Mercer League, who beat Dromore in a replay in the Mulhern Cup in 1970.
