Sally to represent NI U16 squad at SuperCup

TALENTED Sion Swifts U16 defender, Sally Lynch, has been selected for the Northern Ireland U16 squad for the prestigious SuperCup NI tournament.

Sally will be representing her country alongside 17 other talented young players as they face Manchester United, Shamrock Rovers and US visitors, Northeast Rush, in the group stages.

Coach Darren Crozier commented: "Sally has worked incredibly hard to reach this level and thoroughly deserves this opportunity.

"Her dedication, skill, and determination in training have been exceptional.

"We're all so proud of her achievement and know she'll represent the club with distinction at the SuperCup."

The tournament runs from July 28 to 30 with Northern Ireland's first match against Northeast Rush at Dixon Park, Ballyclare.
