Sion Mills' historic Zion House was among buildings damaged in the village during Friday night and the early hours of Saturday.
Seven windows of the dilapidated Tudor house were smashed, while windows at another vacant building and the village's Presbyterian church manse were also smashed.
Meanwhile, a grass roller was used to damage a wall at Sion Mills cricket club.
While police appealed for information, councillor for the area, Danny Breslin, blamed "drunken yobs" for the incidents.
However, he added that the owners of vacant properties have a responsibility to make sure they are secured for health and safety reasons.
“This is down to drunken yobs, and they are not helping themselves or their community. I take it young ones were drinking - probably on the banks of the river. There are ones that are intent on causing wanton vandalism, they need to catch themselves on and wise up".
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police in Sion Mills are investigating damage caused to several properties in the village on Friday night/early hours of Saturday (23/24). Seven windows were smashed at Zion House on the Melmount Road and a window broken at the manse. Two windows of a vacant house on Main Street were damaged and a grass roller was used to damage a wall at the cricket club. Police believe the incidents are linked and are appealing for anyone with information about who is responsible to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
“Strabane Neighbourhood Policing Team will be carrying out patrols in the area and making further enquiries. They can be contacted on 07827 279417 or via email at StrabaneNPT@psni.pnn.police.uk"
And in a separate incident, police are appealing for information after a clothing bin was taken from outside a restaurant on the Melmount Road in Sion Mills.
“The incident was reported to police on Thursday morning (22nd)," a police spokesperson said.
“Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact police on 0845 600 8000. Alternatively information can be passed on anonymously through the 'Crimestoppers' charity on freephone 0800 555 111."
